BILLING CHARGES:
All Billing Charges will be performed under "DIAL A LIMO LTD DBA New York Chauffeur Service". If you have any questions about any billing charge, please feel free to contact us!
WAIT TIME:
For all Airport Pick-ups, Wait Time Starts after 30 minutes of the Flight Arrival for Domestic Flights and 45 minutes after the Arrival of International Flights; Wait time charges will apply based on per minute increments after the allotted grace period. For all other pickups, a 15 minute wait time grace period is included.
NO-SHOW:
A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made. If a passenger does not see his/her chauffeur, he/she MUST call our office at (888) 780-0759 immediately.
REFUND:
All deposits are eligible for a full refund for reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up. Reservations canceled after the 24-hour mark are non-refundable and will be refunded ONLY on a case-by-case basis determined by management.
CHANGES:
Changes to the reservation such as pick-up date/time, and pick-up/drop-off address can be made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up. This includes reservations made after the 24 hour mark.
CANCELATION:
A Cancellation is equal to the total trip cost and will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
The following additional charges may apply, but are not limited to; extra stops, tolls/parking, early/late hour fees, and waiting time charges.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
New York Chauffeur Service does not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.
VEHICLE CHANGES/UPGRADES:
We will try our very best to not have to switch vehicles but we reserve the right to switch vehicles before a run based on availability without prior notice, if a vehicle that was previously requested is unavailable or if there is a risk of a chauffeur not making it on time for a pickup.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
Client and renter are responsible for his/her guest and for any and all damage to the interior, exterior of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to: gum, food, spillages of beverages, vomit, seat burns/rips, etc. Cleaning, repair, and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $200.00. All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, chauffeur, vehicle, or any other person or property in risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation. New York Chauffeur Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded. All fees for damages will be assessed to the credit card on file after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges associated.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1) New York Chauffeur Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, incorrect pickup or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, traffic delays, accidents or vehicle malfunctions).
2) Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while in a vehicle and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
3) Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating & luggage capacity.
